ASTM A106 استاندارد آمریکایی برای لولهی فولادی کربنیِ بدون درز جهت سرویسهای دمای بالاست. گرید B پرکاربردترین گرید آن است و بهطور گسترده در پالایشگاهها، نیروگاهها و خطوط پایپینگ فرآیندی استفاده میشود. این لوله قابلیت خمکاری، فلنجزنی و جوشکاری دارد و در بازهی قطرهای کوچک تا بزرگ تولید میشود. استاندارد، ترکیب شیمیایی، خواص مکانیکی و الزامات آزمون هیدرواستاتیک و آزمونهای غیرمخرب را مشخص میکند.
ASTM A106 is the American standard for seamless carbon steel pipe intended for high-temperature service. Grade B is the most widely used grade, common in refineries, power plants and process piping. It is suitable for bending, flanging and welding, and is produced from small bore up to large diameters. The standard specifies chemical composition, mechanical properties and hydrostatic and non-destructive testing requirements.
API 5L مشخصات مؤسسهی نفت آمریکا برای لولهی خطوط انتقال (Line Pipe) جهت انتقال نفت، گاز و آب در سیستمهای خطوط لوله است. این استاندارد هم لولهی بدون درز و هم درزدار را در گریدهای A25 تا X80 و در دو سطح کیفیِ PSL 1 و PSL 2 پوشش میدهد. سطح PSL 2 الزامات شیمیایی، مکانیکی و آزمون سختگیرانهتری دارد. این استاندارد، مرجع اصلی خطوط انتقال خشکی و فراساحلی است.
API 5L is the American Petroleum Institute specification for line pipe used to transport oil, gas and water in pipeline systems. It covers both seamless and welded pipe, in grades from A25 up to X80, across two product specification levels: PSL 1 and PSL 2. PSL 2 adds stricter chemical, mechanical and testing requirements. It is the primary standard for onshore and offshore transmission pipelines.
ASTM A179 استاندارد تیوبهای بدون درزِ کششسردِ فولاد کمکربن برای مبدلهای حرارتی و کندانسورهاست. فرآیند کشش سرد، تلرانس ابعادی دقیق و سطح صاف ایجاد میکند که راندمان انتقال حرارت را بهبود میدهد. این تیوبها بهصورت حداقلضخامت یا ضخامت متوسط عرضه میشوند. کاربرد گستردهی آن در مبدلهای حرارتی پوستهولوله، کندانسورها و تجهیزات مشابه انتقال حرارت است.
ASTM A179 covers seamless cold-drawn low-carbon steel tubes for heat exchangers and condensers. The cold-drawing process delivers tight dimensional tolerances and a smooth surface finish that improve heat-transfer efficiency. Tubes are supplied in minimum-wall or average-wall form. It is widely applied in tubular heat exchangers, condensers and similar heat-transfer apparatus.
ASTM A192 استاندارد تیوبهای بدون درز فولاد کربنی برای بویلر و سوپرهیتر در سرویسهای فشار بالاست. ترکیب شیمیایی فولاد بهدقت کنترل میشود تا عملکرد مطمئن در دما و فشار بالا تضمین شود. این تیوبها معمولاً در بویلرهای آبلولهای و تجهیزات تولید بخار استفاده میشوند. استاندارد، خواص مکانیکی، حدود سختی و الزامات آزمون هیدرواستاتیک و پهنشدگی را تعریف میکند.
ASTM A192 covers seamless carbon steel boiler and superheater tubes for high-pressure service. The steel is made to closely controlled chemistry to ensure reliable performance under high temperature and pressure. The tubes are commonly used in water-tube boilers and steam-generating equipment. The standard defines mechanical properties, hardness limits, and hydrostatic and flattening test requirements.
DIN 17175 استاندارد آلمانی برای تیوبهای بدون درز از فولادهای مقاوم به حرارت جهت کار در دماهای بالاست. ST35.8 یک گرید کیفیِ غیرآلیاژی است که بهطور گسترده در کاربردهای بویلر، سوپرهیتر و لولههای تحت فشار استفاده میشود. هرچند DIN 17175 عملاً جای خود را به EN 10216-2 داده، هنوز بهعنوان مرجع تجاری رایج است. ST35.8 از نظر مشخصات نزدیک به گرید P235GH در سیستم اروپایی است.
DIN 17175 is the German standard for seamless tubes made of heat-resistant steels for service at elevated temperatures. ST35.8 is a non-alloy quality grade widely used for boiler, superheater and pressure-pipe applications. Although DIN 17175 has largely been superseded by EN 10216-2, it remains a common commercial reference. ST35.8 corresponds closely to grade P235GH in the European system.
EN 10216-2 استاندارد اروپایی برای تیوبهای بدون درز فولادی جهت مقاصد تحت فشار است که از فولادهای غیرآلیاژی و آلیاژی با خواص مشخص در دمای بالا ساخته میشوند. EN 10216-2 is the European standard for seamless steel tubes for pressure purposes, made from non-alloy and alloy steels with specified elevated-temperature properties. P235GH is a non-alloy quality steel for boilers, pressure vessels and pipework operating at high temperature. The designation TC2 (Test Category 2) requires more extensive non-destructive testing and inspection. It is one of the most widely specified grades for heat-exchanger and boiler tubes.
ASTM A333 استاندارد لولهی بدون درز و درزدار فولادی برای سرویسهای دمای پایین است؛ جایی که چقرمگی (Toughness) در دماهای زیر صفر اهمیت دارد. گریدهای مختلف آن (مانند Gr.6 و گریدهای نیکلدار) برای دماهای کاریِ پایینِ متفاوت طراحی شدهاند و آزمون ضربهی شارپی در دمای پایین روی آنها انجام میشود. کاربرد اصلی آن در خطوط و تجهیزات گاز مایع (LNG/LPG)، صنایع سرمایشی و واحدهای فرآیندیِ کمدماست.
ASTM A333 is the standard for seamless and welded steel pipe for low-temperature service, where toughness at sub-zero temperatures is critical. Its various grades (such as Gr.6 and nickel-bearing grades) are designed for different low operating temperatures and undergo low-temperature Charpy impact testing. It is mainly used in LNG/LPG lines and equipment, refrigeration systems and low-temperature process units.
ASTM A335 استاندارد لولهی بدون درز از فولاد آلیاژی فِریتی برای سرویسهای دمای بالاست. گریدهای پرکاربرد آن مانند P11، P22 و P91 حاوی کروم و مولیبدن هستند که مقاومت به خزش (Creep) و پایداری در دمای بالا را افزایش میدهند. این لولهها بهطور گسترده در نیروگاهها، بویلرهای فشار بالا، سوپرهیترها و خطوط بخار داغ استفاده میشوند. استاندارد، ترکیب شیمیایی، عملیات حرارتی و خواص مکانیکی را مشخص میکند.
ASTM A335 is the standard for seamless ferritic alloy-steel pipe for high-temperature service. Its common grades — such as P11, P22 and P91 — contain chromium and molybdenum, which improve creep resistance and stability at elevated temperatures. These pipes are widely used in power plants, high-pressure boilers, superheaters and hot steam lines. The standard specifies chemical composition, heat treatment and mechanical properties.

لوله بدون درز (Seamless) از یک شمش فولادی تولید میشود و هیچ خط جوشی ندارد. به همین دلیل در برابر فشار و دمای بالا مقاومت بیشتری دارد و برای صنایع نفت، گاز، پتروشیمی و بویلرها ایدهآل است.
لوله درزدار (Welded) از ورق فولادی نورد شده و جوش داده شده ساخته میشود. این لولهها برای خطوط انتقال، سازههای صنعتی و پروژههایی که فشار کمتری دارند مناسب هستند و معمولاً قیمت پایینتری دارند.
چه موقع Seamless انتخاب کنیم؟ فشار بالا، دمای بالا، محیطهای خورنده، صنایع نفت و گاز، بویلرها و مبدلهای حرارتی.
چه موقع Welded انتخاب کنیم؟ خطوط انتقال با فشار متوسط، سازههای صنعتی، پروژههای با بودجه محدود.
Seamless Pipe is manufactured from a solid steel billet with no weld seam. This gives it superior resistance to high pressure and high temperature, making it ideal for oil, gas, petrochemical, and boiler applications.
Welded Pipe is made from rolled steel plate that is formed and welded. These pipes are suitable for transmission lines, industrial structures, and lower pressure applications, typically at a lower cost.
Choose Seamless when: High pressure, high temperature, corrosive environments, oil & gas, boilers, heat exchangers.
Choose Welded when: Medium-pressure transmission lines, structural applications, budget-sensitive projects.

نام MANIK TRADING برگرفته از نام مؤسس این مجموعه، محمدعلی نیک پنجه، است. واژه MANIK از عبارت Mohammad Ali Nikpanjeh Trading الهام گرفته شده و بهعنوان نام تجاری این بازرگانی انتخاب شده است؛ نمادی از تعهد شخصی مؤسس به کیفیت و پاسخگویی حرفهای. این مجموعه توسط محمدعلی نیک پنجه در سال ۱۳۹۱ با هدف ایجاد یک شبکه تخصصی و قابل اعتماد در حوزه تأمین متریالهای صنعتی تأسیس شد و از همان ابتدا فعالیت خود را بر تأمین محصولات فولادی مطابق با استانداردهای معتبر بینالمللی متمرکز نمود.

MANIK TRADING is a trading company with over 14 years of experience in industrial material supply, active since 2012 in the specialized supply, import and distribution of steel pipes and tubes used in the oil, gas, petrochemical, power and pressure-equipment industries.
The name MANIK TRADING is derived from the name of its founder, Mohammad Ali Nikpanjeh. "MANIK" is inspired by the phrase Mohammad Ali Nikpanjeh Trading and was chosen as the company's trade name — a symbol of the founder's personal commitment to quality and professional responsiveness. The company was established by Mohammad Ali Nikpanjeh in 2012 to create a specialized and trustworthy network in industrial material supply, focused from the start on steel products compliant with recognized international standards.
MANIK TRADING's core activity is the supply and distribution of seamless steel pipes, heat exchanger tubes, boiler tubes, alloy pipes and tubes, and other materials used in pressure equipment. These products are used across the oil, gas, petrochemical, refinery, power, steam-generation, heat-exchanger manufacturing, pressure-vessel and other process industries.
